Seesighting by walking

If your hotel sis around Taksim, Aksaray or Sultanahmet you can walk almost everywhere you need. I want to explain you how you can prevent the salesmen and beggar insults. There is a basic rule. Try to be seen as a living foreigner instead of a tourist. These are the ways to achieve it, at leat give it a try.
R ule #1 try not to carry these outdoor, space tech, put all you need in type backpack or shoulder bags. You actually do not need these bags because you do not need to carry anything with you. You can find everything on the streets water, biscuits, paper towell or whatever you need. These shops are not touristic you will be charged loacl prices, you do not need to worry. You do not need to carry your passports. Leave it to your safe in the hotel. In turkey you will not need it unless you want to open an account. No police will stop a regular foreigner for id check even they do you can tell them you left it at the hotel only thing you need is the hotel business card. Do not carry too much Money. Turkey is not that expensive. Around 200 Euros equivalent will be more than enough. If you camera is not produced for NASA you do not need ext.ra bateries you can find it almost everywhere.
Rule #2 the golden rule, do not carry travel guide boks or maps. If you want to carry keep them in your posket not in your hands.
Rule # 3 Learn these sentences in Turkish. No thanks I do not want it or no thanks I do not need it. Simply you can say mersi, sonra that means thank you, later.
Rule # 4 If you are a couple or a lone warrior try to keep it in this way. Do not involve in the tourist groups, guided tours especially those with the raised flag in the guide’s had. This is like a flag showing the target and shouting “ come on we are tourists and may buy a few things if you trouble us”
Rule # 5 If you do not know him or her before do not accept the guiding offers of people you meet very quickly. They can be walking commissioners and end up your trip in a shop.
Be safe and enjoy your trip.
